What we check

Five things that decide whether visitors become enquiries.

We look at your website the way a customer — and Google — would, then check the technical basics underneath.

Sample report

Plain language, not a wall of scores.

Automated tools hand you a number out of 100 and a long list of warnings. We tell you what each issue means for your business — and what to fix first.

  • Each area rated in words: Good, Needs work or Fix first
  • Every finding explained in a sentence or two
  • A short list of what to fix first, in order
  • Easy to forward to your team or your current developer

Speed Needs work

Your homepage takes a while to show anything on a phone, mostly because the banner photos are far larger than they need to be. Resizing them is a quick job and the biggest easy win here.

Mobile experience Good

Pages fit the screen and text is easy to read. One small fix: the menu button sits very close to the logo, so it’s easy to tap the wrong one.

Google visibility Needs work

Most pages share the same title, so in Google results they all look identical. Each page needs its own title and short description that says what’s on it.

Security Good

HTTPS is set up properly. Your WordPress version is slightly behind — worth updating soon, but nothing urgent.

Content & conversion Fix first

The only way to get in touch is a phone number at the very bottom of the page. A short enquiry form and a clear button near the top would make it much easier to contact you.

In short

A solid site held back by a hidden contact path and heavy images. Three fixes would make the biggest difference.

What we’d fix first

  1. Add a short enquiry form and a clear button near the top of the homepage
  2. Resize the homepage banner photos
  3. Give every page its own Google title and description

What you get

We review it ourselves — that’s why it takes two days, not two seconds.

Instant tools are fine for a quick score. A useful audit needs someone to look at your site with your business in mind.

  • A personal review

A person goes through your site page by page, the way your customers do — not a script.

  • A plain-language report

By email within 2 business days. Clear findings, no jargon and no filler.

  • No obligation

Fix things yourself, share it with your developer or ask us to quote. Your call entirely.

  • No automated junk

No auto-generated score sheets, no mailing-list sign-up and no drip emails afterwards.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to install.

No software, no logins and no call to book. Just your web address and a couple of business days.

  1. Step 1: Send us your web address

Fill in the short form with your site’s address and where to send the report. Add anything that’s bothering you.

  2. Step 2: We review it ourselves

A person goes through your site on desktop and mobile, checks the technical basics and notes what matters most.

  3. Step 3: Your report arrives by email

A plain-language report within 2 business days, with what to fix first. What you do next is entirely up to you.

FAQ

Audit questions, answered.

What it costs (nothing), what we need (very little) and what happens afterwards (that’s up to you).

Still have a question?

We reply within one business day.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. There’s no fee, no card details and no catch. It’s a fair way for you to see how we think and communicate before deciding anything — and if your site is in good shape, the report will say so.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No. The report is yours to keep and use however you like: fix things yourself, pass it to your current developer, or ask us for a quote. There’s no follow-up sales pressure — if you want help, just reply to the email.

What do you need from me?

Just your website address, your name and an email to send the report to. If something specific is bothering you — few enquiries, a slow page, a drop in Google — tell us in the form and we’ll look at it closely. We don’t need logins or admin access for this review.

What if someone else built my website?

That’s completely fine. We review the site as it is, whoever built it. The report is written so you can share it with your current developer, and if a rebuild does make sense, we’ll explain why and how a redesign protects what already works.

How is this different from an online speed test?

Automated tools give you a score and a long list of warnings with no sense of what matters. We look at your site the way a customer would, check the technical basics underneath, and tell you which few things are worth fixing first — in plain language.

Still have a question?

We reply within one business day.
